Shipping & Returns Policy

Store / Merchant: Globaledge Supplies FZE LLC, Sharjah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1) What we sell
We sell:
- Printed notebooks made on-demand and fulfilled by Lulu Direct (print-on-demand) and Printify.
- Digital downloads (delivered electronically).
2) Print-on-demand production time
Because our printed products are made on demand, your order must be printed and bound before shipping.
- Typical production time is about 3–5 business days, but the exact estimate is shown at checkout depending on the product and quantity.
- Some formats (e.g., hardcover) may require additional production time.
3) Shipping transit times (estimates)
Shipping transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, incorrect addresses, customs inspections, weather, and other factors may cause delays.
Mail shipments to certain US destinations: When using Mail for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, transit may take at least 14 days.
4) Tracking
If you select a trackable shipping method, tracking details will be provided once the order ships (tracking updates depend on the carrier).
5) Where we ship
We ship to the United States and selected international destinations (availability and shipping methods will appear at checkout).
6) Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
7) Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge additional shipping fees to resend it.
8) No change-of-mind returns
Because our printed notebooks are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, or ordering the incorrect item/format.
9) Defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your printed order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us for authorization and resolution.
What we may offer (at our discretion based on the issue):
- a free replacement, or
- a refund (full or partial), or
- another appropriate remedy.
Timeframe to report: Please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date.
Evidence required: clear photos of:
- the damage/defect/printing issue,
- the packaging (if damaged), and
- the shipping label.
Return shipping cost: For approved claims involving defects/damage/misprints/incorrect items, we will not make you pay to fix our mistake. UAE consumer rules require remedies in defect cases without charge.
If a return is required, we will either:
- provide a prepaid return method, or
- reimburse reasonable return postage (with proof), or
- confirm that no return is needed and ship a replacement.
10) Digital downloads
All digital download sales are final once delivered or accessed, because digital products cannot be returned.
However, we will help if:
- the file is corrupted, the download link fails, or the product is not delivered as described, or
- a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
11) Authorization required(Do not ship any items back without approval)
To prevent lost packages and delays, you must contact us first for authorization and instructions before sending any return.
If a package is returned to us without authorization, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.
13) Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
